Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain hair-free and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
